- Lead engineer since day one. Wrote most of the mobile app, the backend, and the admin panel, about 5,000 of the project's 5,500 commits.
- Built 1:1 and group chat, the social feed, and the report and block tools the App Store asks for.
- Set up subscriptions with Apple in-app purchases and store payments with Stripe.
- Keep it healthy: five Expo upgrades so far, deploys, backups, and a time-zone fix every daylight-saving change.

- Built it twice. Main developer on v1, reviewing and merging three other developers' pull requests, then rebuilt v2 almost entirely solo.
- Built video and audio calling with WebRTC, plus real-time chat with attachments, reactions, and edits.
- Kept private files off public links, since this is mental-health data. Attachments and therapist documents open through short-lived signed links.
- Built sign-up with Google, LinkedIn, and Facebook login, email verification, and a separate sign-up for therapists.
